These terms apply when you use the GloucesterTrades website or submit an enquiry through our service.

Our service

GloucesterTrades introduces homeowners to independent local tradespeople. We are not the tradesperson and we do not carry out the work ourselves.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your enquiry and to communicate with matched tradespeople in good faith. Any contract for work is between you and the tradesperson you choose.

Limitations

While we vet the tradespeople in our network, we do not guarantee the outcome of any work performed. We are not liable for any losses arising from work carried out by a tradesperson you engage.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
